Terms of Service

1. Service Description

RepPilot AI is an automated client onboarding and service fulfillment platform for agencies and freelancers. Our services include automated domain provisioning, email setup, payment collection, lead generation, client reporting, and analytics integration.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through our outreach tools.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach platform security.
• Access or use another user's data without authorization.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent.
• Use lead data in violation of applicable privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR).

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Overdue accounts may be suspended until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

The RepPilot AI platform, including its software, branding, and content, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. Client deliverables generated through the platform belong to you and your clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

RepPilot AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Google, Twilio, Zoho, Cloudflare, SendGrid). We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these services. You are subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days, except where required for legal compliance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Austin, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
